Sarnia fire chief defends fire department spending

Nov. 6, 2012, Sarnia, Ont. - Sarnia Fire Chief Pat Cayen is doing more than protecting local residents these days. He’s protecting his ranks. Cayen told a council strategy session at city hall Monday that the department can’t afford to lose even one firefighter. The Sarnia Observer reports.
