Markham Fire and Emergency Services hosting Summer of Safety Series

June 24, 2024, Markham, Ont. — Markham Fire and Emergency Services (MFES) is hosting four public education open houses to promote fire prevention and emergency preparedness.

The events are part of MFES’s Summer of Safety Series and will be held at different fire stations across the city on July 6, July 17, Aug. 10, and Aug. 21.

Firefighters and emergency management personnel will engage in Q&A sessions with community members, with additional features including fire prevention demonstrations and informational booths to educate the public on fire safety.
